Living in Fluminimaggiore, a small village situated in a wild, wonderful and little-known area of the island of Sardinia, made it easy for us to chose to dedicate our work towards the preservation and enhancement of this corner of Sardinia...
So we created our cooperative company START-UNO, with the firm purpose of highlighting the distinctiveness of the area around Fluminimaggiore and making it easily accessible for visitors who enjoy holidays where culture, nature, history, science and sport are of prime importance, but not forgetting those feelings and emotions that become part of a visitor’s soul.

There are four partners in the cooperative: Sabrina, Agostina, Marilise and Tiziana, assisted by some friends, Diego, Valeria and Sarah. We try to make the holiday for each guest a UNIQUE experience with the passion which characterizes our work...
· Courtesy : in providing information at our tourist office;
· Passion : for the folk traditions of our village, which can be enjoyed with a visit to the local history museum, called “Antico mulino ad acqua Licheri”(The Old Licheri Watermill)
· Love : for the ancient history of our island through visits to the archaeological site of Antas;
· Warmth : for our territory with the nature excursions all around the area of Fluminimaggiore.

Moreover:
· assistance in the creation of tours (for individuals or groups);
· organization of package tours in the area of Flumini, with the assistance of local travel agents and tour operators;
· organization of educational workshops for schools;
· attendance at tourist fairs, specialist exhibitions, festivals.

Only when you experience the beneficial peace and quiet of this boundless territory, free from the constrictions of hectic, everyday life, will you realize how important is to know its origins and vicissitudes. You will long to come back and piece together all the parts of this huge puzzle that makes up Sardinian history.
